Dear Colorado Academy Parents,
I feel so honored to have been able to work with you all this year. While I wish we were able to gather for a special appreciation breakfast this month, I didn’t want to miss the opportunity to thank the parent community for your tireless work in support of the school. From admissions tour guides, to field trip chaperones, to preparing food for teachers during school conferences and so much more—CA parents can always be counted on to lend a hand. Specifically, I wanted to acknowledge our parent leadership—listed below—and their contributions this year. Your efforts to make this community strong through your involvement are such a valuable asset, and we thank you!
I am so excited to be able to pass along the President’s gavel for the CA Parent Association to incoming President, Alice Rydberg. Alice has served in so many different roles in the PA over the years, and we are lucky to have her lead our Parent Association. Alice brings years of experience as a long-time CA parent, as well as great insight and enthusiasm for this role. I know that these are uncertain times, and I am confident that Alice will navigate this role with the patience and flexibility that is required. The PA is in great hands next year! I hope you’ll join me in welcoming Alice Rydberg as CA Parent Association President for 2020-2021!
