Each year, Colorado Academy offers families the chance to connect by providing community contact information. As more families commit to reducing paper products, we are offering something new for next year. The Office of Advancement will take orders and provide directories only to those families who request a print version. An online PDF version of the Directory, updated monthly, is available on the CA website on constituent Resource Boards.
You can indicate your interest in a print directory as you complete this year’s Parent and Student Profile Forms. A reminder to complete the forms, along with some guiding information, may have already arrived in your mailbox. If you have not received it, please watch for it.
NEW THIS YEAR: demographic questions
The form also includes some new questions this year. CA is committed to creating a strong sense of belonging for all students and families. As part of our data collection process for the National Association of Independent Schools, the forms now include optional demographic questions about race, ethnicity, and religion. Only select CA administrators will have access to this information. Please share as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
Deadline for information
In order to ensure we have the CA Directories available at the start of the 2022-2023 school year, we ask that you provide your updated contact information by June 3, 2022.
