Connect with CA to confirm your contact information
We’ve promised the return of the popular printed Colorado Academy Directory next year, and we hope you will help us to compile accurate information by completing your student and parent forms. A postcard will arrive in the mail soon, reminding you to log in and provide updated contact information and to complete your child’s medical/health/emergency waiver information.
Parent and Student Update Forms—due June 4, 2021
The 2021 forms to update family contact information are now available online. You can access them using your regular CA website login.
Forms will be prepopulated with the information that CA currently has in our database. It should only take a few minutes for you to confirm and/or update data for each student and parent. Remember to enter your electronic signature and submit each form after you have reviewed it.
Up-to-date data allows us to contact parents with emergency alerts and important school updates. These yearly updatesare required in order for students to attend CA.
If you would prefer any of your contact information (phone numbers, email, etc.) NOT be listed in the school directory, follow the link “Do Not Publish in 2021-2022 CA Directory” on the profile forms, or click here.
CA directory information will be available to members of the CA community on the password-protected area of our website. The printed CA Directory will be available at the start of school in August for everyone who pre-orders their Directory.
Student Medical Forms—due July 15, 2021
Please use the Magnus Portal (on the Parent Resource Board) to complete the Medical/Health/Emergency and Release(s) information. Medical forms for athletics also are available on this portal.
