CA Students Explore Catalan Architecture in Barcelona

Since arriving in Barcelona on Sunday morning, we have had an active and exciting time. After we checked into our hostel we branched out to local restaurants to eat authentic Spanish food and practice our Spanish skills. We later headed to an iconic landmark, Parc Güell, a UNESCO world heritage site designed by Antoni Gaudí, a Spanish Catalan architect. There, we saw interesting mosaics and took incredible photos. We finished off the day with dinner at a tapas restaurant where we had more than enough food to fill us up for the rest of the program. Throughout the entire day, we were able to walk and explore the city of Barcelona giving us great photo opportunities.
