Colorado Academy is announcing $1.8 million fundraising match as part of its current See it Through capital campaign. A generous CA family and members of the Board of Trustees are challenging the entire school community, including current and past parents, grandparents, and alumni, with a matching grant. That means every new gift or pledge of $5,000 or more to the See it Through campaign by March 31, 2018, will be matched, dollar-for-dollar, up to $1.8 million! Pledges, which may be fulfilled over the next three to five years, and even second campaign gifts, qualify for this match.
These dollars will help fund Phase II of the Athletic Center including a new climbing wall, regulation-size basketball courts, and training and sports medicine areas. Phase I, including CA’s new Field House, new locker rooms, and coaches’ offices, is already funded, under construction, and will open in March. Also funded and completed are the Ponzio Arts Center and the renovation of the historic Welborn House. A new Performing Arts Facility will follow the completion of the Athletic Center.
