Each year, many Colorado Academy Seniors are awarded merit scholarships by the institutions to which they apply. In most cases, their awards are not based on additional scholarship applications but solely on the basis of their application for admission. In addition, some students apply for outside scholarships through local or national foundations; if they are awarded, these resources can be applied to any institution a student chooses to attend.
Below is a summary of the merit scholarships that have been reported to the College Office by students and parents in the Class of 2024. These listed awards are only those that students will be using in the upcoming year. Please note that many more merit scholarships were awarded to CA Seniors at institutions they chose not to attend.

- Chloe Chao is attending the University of Colorado Boulder as a CU Esteemed Scholar-Hale and with an EST Society of Women in Engineering Scholarship.
- Bela Chaudhuri is attending the University of Colorado Boulder with a Presidents Leadership Class Scholarship, a President Joseph A. Sewell Award, and as an Esteemed Scholar.
- Garrett Davidson is attending Stanford University as a National Merit Scholar.
- Daniel Farmer is attending Vanderbilt University as a National Merit Scholar.
- Carson Flottman is attending Chapman University with a Merit Scholarship.
- Phillip Gershovich is attending Trinity College Dublin with an E3 Scholarship.
- Owen Kocher is attending Marquette University with a Père Marquette Scholarship and a Magis Campus Resident Scholarship.
- Jessica Lapidus was a National Merit Scholarship Finalist.
- Brady Martin is attending St. Olaf College with a Cassler Music Scholarship.
- Zoe Martin is attending the University of Michigan with an Athletic Scholarship.
