Don’t miss Grandparents Day on Friday, December 20, 2019!
At 8:30 a.m. the doors to the West Gym open.
At 9:00 a.m., there will be a welcome address by the Head of School Dr. Mike Davis and a musical performance by CA students.
At 9:30, student guides will escort grandparents to the classrooms of their grandchildren.
From 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., Lifetouch Studios will be available to take pictures of grandparents and grandchildren in the Lower School Library. Package and pricing will be available at that time.
From 10:40 a.m.-1:00 p.m., students will escort their grandparents to the Campus Center for a holiday meal at these designated times and locations:
Sadler Conference Room
- 10:40 a.m. Pre-K
- 11:30 a.m. Kindergarten
Dining Hall
- 10:40 a.m. 3rd and 5th Grades
- 11:20 a.m. 1st Grade
- 11:30 a.m. 2nd and 4th Grade
- 12:15 p.m. 6th, 7th and 8th Grades
- 1:00 p.m. 9th, 10th 11th, and 12th Grades
1:00 p.m.: All-school dismissal for students and grandparents.
