2018-2019 has arrived! On a beautiful August evening, Colorado Academy students returned to campus for the annual picnic to enjoy CA’s great food and friendly community. This year, CA welcomes 976 students—including 150 new students—in the Lower, Middle, and Upper Schools.
Overheard from one father dropping off a Kindergartner on the first day of school: “Kindergarten is the best—I love this year!”
On the first day of school, parents waved good-bye to their children and flocked to INvolved, sponsored by the Parent Association, to find out different ways to volunteer at CA. By the end of the first day, Middle School students had conquered their combination locks, Lower School students had already made new friends, and everyone had celebrated at the All-School Assembly.
Overheard from a second grade student on the way to the assembly: “There are going to be a million people there!!”
